i am proud of myself because i made i through almost a weeks worth of working out when it sometimes come to a point i can't do it and quit on the first or second day. but the changes i have made to my diet alone and being consistent with the work outs i can't wait to see the progress i made that took me so long to achieve

I made yesterday my rest day since the day before i did the hlf an hour walk on the tread mill and walked around the big apple for a good 3-4 hours and i felt it the next day . So i making today the upper arms 😅 and saturday the next

Hello, I switched my rest day and the full body mat Pilates around and wow... I currently weight 161lbs today I will be taking measurements so excited to see results.

This 8 week program will leave you feeling shredded, strong & empowered for the year ahead! Building up consistency, stamina & strength that will last you for life! 

This method has been tried & tested. It is scientifically proven to build hypertrophy, strength & target the smaller muscle groups to tone & sculpt. 

We believe in setting up realistic expectations & setting goals that you can commit to in a healthy & sustainable way. 

What's included 

  • 5x workouts in total per week 

  • 3x Body By Barre Workouts Per Week 

  • 2x Strength & Conditioning Per Week 

  • 8k steps per day on average 

  • 80 oz of water per day
