I'd like to remind you to meet yourself where you're at this week. No matter what you have on, focus on what you CAN do over what you can't. No matter what comes up, keep showing up for you. Keep making steps forward and eventually it will just become apart of your lifestyle. Set yourself standards & non negotiable actions that you will follow through with daily. Week 4 schedule is up ⬇️.

Monday we keep going with weights.

Then we maximise your power walk on Tuesday.
Please keep your heart rate elevated for the full 30 mins. Focus on speed and and breath control. 

Remember if you want to maximise your results, reduce snacking or overall processed foods this week to hit the half way point strong!

And remember to keep your water intake up 💦 3L everyday!

Hey wonderful people! How are we getting on this week?

I see lots of you clocking in workouts via the app! Keep up the amazing work.

I wanted to share my beautiful client Elena's recent progress photos.

30 weeks of hard work, determination and consistency.

Following the 3-2-8 method with me on Body By Barre alongside a personalized meal plan.

Alongside dropping inches & body fat, Elena has noticed an improvement in her menstrual cycle cramps, energy levels & overall well being.

Strength, barre & Pilates/mobility. Split with power walks & 8k steps daily. ⬇️

Remember the 3-3-3 challenge consists of

3 workouts per week

3 power walks per week

3L of water per day.

So make sure you’re staying on top of your 💦. Picking up your speed in the power walks & eating lots of good nutritious food.

Hey Team! Are we feeling ready for the summer Challenge starting Monday ✨💗.

The schedule is up ⬇️.

Monday we start strong with weights.

Then we maximise your power walk on Tuesday. Please get your heart rate elevated to reach the fat burning zone. For at least (15 mins).

Weds workout is a sweaty one but be ready for the burn (trainers).

I’d like you to reduce snacking or overall processed foods this week to kickstart your progress.

And remember to keep your water intake up 💦

All brand new workouts and formats to keep things fresh.
