I loved this express workout. One of the things that stuck out to me was that I used to have so much lower back pain and struggled with the stretch/ roll up by vertebrae and C-curve roll and I could do BOTH today with momentum and no pain! Incredibly exciting development!

Loved it and could really feel the connection in my glutes on the arabesque!

After taking two rest days, this was nice to get back into tonight. I was surprised and thrilled that I was able to do the roll up without needing modification support!

I'm a day behind and was loving this one as I did it tonight until the arm pulse at the end!! 😅

My left side was stronger and easier than my right! I am just thrilled to see my stamina building daily with each rep!! I'm gonna feel like Gumby legs in the AM :)

I LOVED this one--I also feel like I'm at the right point in the month where I'm just energized- sweaty and excited to feel strong (even with my 3lb weights ;D

so proud I could hold both planks!! 💪😁

Catching up on one I missed earlier this month- thoroughly enjoyed this barre centered workout!

It's late, but I got it in at the end of my work day! Loved seeing I could do the reps w/o rest or tight hips!
