I got to do this one I missed from a few weeks ago and loved the reminder and awareness of breath to movement connection and engaging those lower abs!🀍

After Wednesday's session I was surprisingly sore, so this one pushed my limits!

Whewww! This was so good and challenging- it's left me feeling like GumbyπŸ˜… but so rewarding and a new favorite!

I'm sopped in sweat! This was super challenging!

I'm drenched! After some deep rest this weekend this one got me all the way togethaa and it feels so good to be back, sweaty and strong!! Those pushups without breaks are what really got meπŸ˜…

My 2nd time doing this one now :) shoulders felt tight today and loved the challenge it provided

I'm sweating!! This was invigorating-certainly started to feel tired on the second circuit once I stoppedΒ πŸ˜…

I'm sweating! With today's session I could feel a marked difference in my concentration and increased strength and flow while doing the bird dogs!!πŸ’ͺπŸ˜€

I had energy tonight after work so did my "hot girl walk" and jumpstarted with this - a new FAV!!!🩰πŸ₯°

Today's workout was very stimulating! I found myself engaged on a different level of awareness- particularly with the hip opener- and am so grateful to be able to do the mobility exercises without pain!
