Hey Charlotte, of course. So glad to hear you've been enjoying the app. I would recommend a split between lower/upper body if you have a specific goal in mind to progressively overload with. So for example (grow glutes, build back strength, sculpt arms, build hourglass shape). I would opt for a full body split if you would like to just focus on full body strength. Focus on hitting all the main muscle groups in each session and one could be more lower body focused, and another could be more upper body focused for balance. Keep up the fantastic work. Have you tried collagen for your joints?
