All workouts on the app are pregnancy-friendly. Apart from the jump rope sessions.Β 

From the 2nd & 3rd trimester, prone position and crunching is not recommended.Β 

However, the 35 soft challenge was filmed to be pregnancy friendly so perfect for you to get started with movement again.Β
