Amazing, hope you are enjoying the recipes. Most adults need around 0.75g of protein per kilo of body weight per day (for the average woman, this is 45g, or 55g for men). However to keep it simple. Try to have protein for at least 2x meals per day and add a protein shake with water/almond milk after a strength session to help refuel and support muscle growth & recovery xo
