Struggling with your water intake during the busy summer season?
Try including at least 1-3x of the below foods in your diet this weekend to boost your hydration & make it that little bit easier to hit the 2-2.5L goal
12 fruits and vegetables with high water content:
🥝🍓🍉💦🍉🍓
Melons such as watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe.
Strawberries.
Pineapple.
Peaches.
Oranges.
Bell peppers.
Broccoli.
Celery.
Cucumber
This also counts as 'volume eating' which means opting for foods that keep you fuller for longer!

There are 77 calories in 20 medium Strawberries.

Summer Challengers! You're schedule is LIVE! 💗
I’m so excited for you to get started!
This challenge was filmed in Bali, and is all about self-love, self-care and taking out 10-30 mins for yourself each and every day!
We will be going back to those pilates fundamentals that you all love & layering all of the elements like strength, barre, bodyweight, dance & flexibility to challenge you physically & mentally.
This challenge needs minimal equipment and everything is optional so you can take us with you on vacation!
We use ankle weights, bands, a mat & pilates mini ball (cushion or pillow).
I would like you to pair this with 8-10k steps per day and 3x power walks per week.
This is not a stroll, your heart rate is elevated and you are WALKING with intention!
Make sure you have downloaded your nutrition guides & keep up with your water intake to flush out toxins & glow from the inside out!

4 Weeks to Snatch, Tone & Feel Good this summer!
This challenge is designed to build deep core strength, improve pelvic floor engagement & tone the full body using a combination of pilates, barre & bodyweight strength training.
We will boost your mind-muscle connection, go back to basics on form & breath control while releasing those feel-good endorphins with barre & mobility.
The best part! We need minimal equipment so you can take us with you on vacation & stay on track!
We combine
1. Deep Core & Pelvic Floor Pilates exercises to snatch the waist, reduce lower back pain & improve deep core engagement.
2. Barre & Body Weight exercises to target the smaller muscle groups, improve coordination, burn calories & boost those feel good endorphins.
3. Weekly power walks & 8k steps per day to boost cardiovascular health, stamina & burn visceral fat (steady state cardio)
Every workout is guided to ensure correct form, alignment, and breath control and will have you pushing past your limits while working through the burn!
Suitable for all fitness levels.
Equipment needed
Ankle Weights (optional)
Mat
Barre/Chair/stable surface
Pilates Mini Ball (optional - can use a pillow)
