 Way to go starting strong! Try splitting up your water throughout the day, drink a large glass as you wake up. Drink water with every meal and keep a bottle nearby as a reminder. It will get easier.

All the workouts are live for you in the playlist. All you need to do is select each workout a day and complete to enter the challenge

A split squat is a great alternative, instead of stepping back into the lunge. just focus on bending and extending which will also strengthen the surronding muscles around the knee. Make sure your toes are on train tracks to protect your knees (no twisting). Let me know if that helps
