Hey Holly. Welcome to the community. I suggest starting with the 8 week challenge to gradually build the intensity. If you would like to jump straight into 5 workouts per week you could start with the 12 week. It’s a little more intense but will get you faster results. The most important thing is you stay consistent. You’ve got this!

Hey Breanna, you can log calories burned by connecting your apple watch. It will match up with your health data and log your workouts/heart rate & calories burned. Individual calories depend on lots of factors like age, height, temperature, exertion level etc so difficult to predict.
