Welcome to the community. I suggest 1-3lb weights for barre/Pilates & 10-12lb weights for strength. Ankle weights are optional

Love to hear this, and cramps are normal as you're working new muscle groups. Make sure you stretch your calves and take breaks where needed. Eventually you're body will get used to it

Well done for showing up for YOU Holly! And still getting it done. Showing your subconscious you will follow through with any goal you set for yourself! In terms of weights. I would suggest keeping the weights light for hybrid strength/Pilates workouts. Anything between 1-3lbs is perfect. But if you want an extra challenge you can increase the weight depending on how you feel.

Hey I suggest anything between 1-3lb weights for barre/Pilates. 8-10lb weights for strength. But it depends on your own individual strength and experience so please listen to your body
