Hey Alexandra, it totally depends on your energy levels/appetite. It is usually best practice to eat within 1 hour of waking up to support insulin resistance and blood sugar spikes. However if you find it difficult to work out after eating, opt for a smaller pre workout meal for energy then eat a full breakfast after the workout. Hopefully that makes sense but it's best to listen to your body x

Welcome to the community! Sorry to hear this. I suggest opting for upper body & core workouts only until fully healed. Alongside power walks and keeping your daily step count up. xo 

Way to go! Maybe use a stronger band to help with the glute activation
