Hey Fabulous Challengers✨ I hope you had an amazing first week of the program! May be feeling a little sore today? Stretch & prep for the week ahead.

I am Super proud of you all for starting this journey and committing to yourself and health! You've already completed the hardest part (starting). Now it's time to follow through & be in the chance of winning a CASH prize 💰. (Remember to submit your day 1 progress photos to enter)

I have also attached a strength training pdf program which I recommend using between 2-3x per week for maximum results. You can get access to this under the ‘Snatch it Challenge’ then scroll to the bottom for resources - download the pdf and save to your phone.

Aim for 8k steps per day on average!

We are so excited to have you apart of the program! My clients on True Self Fit continue to see fantastic results with a workout split of weights, barre, pilates and walking! While eating a clean, balanced diet.
Iv used my knowledge and background of traditional ballet, jazz, pilates and strength training to bring you a workout routine that not only challenges every muscle in the body, it also targets the smaller muscle groups to give you that sculpted, snatched, look!

Take a look at some transformations and start getting comfortable with the routines. Each workout is specific for certain target areas. I recommend repeating at least 3-4 times to really get the benefit.

We have a challenge starting soon which will feature a workout PDF for a strength training program to do alongside.
I recommend 2x barre or pilates, 3x strength training and walking everyday for best results!

I will give you everything you need to get results, you just have to take ACTION!
