Attached is a schedule suggestion for Week 2 âŹď¸
All workouts are scheduled in the calendar alongside some recipes to try with follow along videos.Â
The focus for this week is stamina & strength. âŹď¸
Keep pushing with your power walks. Inside or out, try and aim for 8k steps per day.Â
Week 2 workouts have some more combo moves & cardio to hit the fat burning zone âŹď¸.
Remember, if you do not have a Pilates ball - you can use a cushion or fold a towel.

The focus for this week is conditioning.
I would like you to prioritise 4 power walks per week for at least 30 mins.
This can be completed on a treadmill/inside if needed.
Week 1 workouts combine both strength & Pilates exercises âŹď¸.
We will break down form and alignment to give you a strong foundation to begin with.
If you do not have a Pilates ball - you can use a cushion or fold a towel.

Hi everyone! I used to be a member of Openfit which Natalie was a trainer for and how I began following her! Iâm so excited to catch back up with her classes and hopefully establish as good of a workout routine as I had 2 years ago. Last year it was hard with motivation. I have 3 kids and feel like I barely have energy to get the daily tasks done so working out was out on the back burner. I got back into it when I signed up for bootcamp classes but I quickly noticed I was holding onto weight and it wasnât doing me any good. Iâve found my body reacts very well to barre and Pilates. Anyone looking for an accountability buddy? Not someone who will say itâs okay that I missed 3 days that week, someone who will encourage me to take that 10-15-30 minutes to do a workout! If you need a true accountability buddy Iâm your girl!
