I’m a new mom, baby is 2.5 months and I’ve been feeling depressed about my new body. Unfortunately I don’t have much time to go to the gym like I typically did before so these quick workouts are perfect for when baby is taking is afternoon nap. Thank you so much 🩵

It’s a good thing!!! I would take classes before and after awhile I’d feel like i was never going to leave because they were sooo long, so I wouldn’t go back 🥲. But I love your workouts!! 🩷

Hi everyone!! Started this program a few months ago, had a huge loss in the family and depression got the better of me. I’m back, ready to go, starting with baby steps. So far, so good. Happy to be back 🩷
Natalie, you have a way of making 30 mins feel like 15 😅 I feel good, in a better mood and feeling… hopeful 🥰 thank you!!!
