This has been my first full week doing 3-2-8 ( I started on Monday when we had Memorial Day holiday) and I'm so grateful! I've looked forward to doing them each morning before work for the first time in a LONG time and excited for next week!!🥰💪

Hey Body By Barre Team. We've had quite a few new members over the past month joining us for the 3-2-8 challenge. 

So I'd love to learn more about you and why you joined the online studio. Connect with the community & keep yourself accountable.  

I will share my why with you, and comment below yours 💖

I created the Body By Barre Studio to provide a safe space for women to come together, and improve their health, fitness & well-being. While following fun and effective workouts that support not only their physical health but also mental & hormone health. I was fed up of the fad diets & crazy HIIT workouts marketed to women and fell into those fad's myself! Before creating the 3-2-8 method and healing my hormones naturally. 
Iv been an instructor in person for over 10 years, and developed this method after years of working in studios in London, Miami, Ridyah and Europe. 

So it fills me with so much joy to have members from all over the world doing my workouts & getting the benefits of barre, pilates & strength training.

Really need to slim,tone and get rid of my celluilte on my thighs .
Has anyone got a a personal preference to the leg exercises that will be most efficetive,
