We're over the half way hump! It's time to amp up the intensity!

The goal is to complete 5 workouts per week with at least 2 rest days.
Use this weekly schedule to stay on track.
Keep up with your water intake, make sure you include power walks at least 3x per week.
Remember to add the workouts to your calendar and let's stay focused!

I’m on week 10 of the 12wk transformation challenge and I am so happy I signed up for this app. Your direction is so spot on bc it includes proper breathing and posture cues. Not many trainers really do that as often and it makes a huge difference! Best thing I could’ve done was become a member of this community.
