Week 4 Schedule Suggestion for 3-2-8 Snatch & Shape 💛

We're over the half way hump! It's time to amp up the intensity! 

Still time to Sign up - head to 'challenges' and select 'join now'. 

The goal is to complete 5 workouts per week with at least 2 rest days. 

Use this weekly schedule to stay on track. 
Keep up with your water intake, make sure you include power walks at least 3x per week. 

Remember to add the workouts to your calendar and let's stay focused!

I’m on week 10 of the 12wk transformation challenge and I am so happy I signed up for this app. Your direction is so spot on bc it includes proper breathing and posture cues. Not many trainers really do that as often and it makes a huge difference! Best thing I could’ve done was become a member of this community. I’m down 10lbs and more importantly, sleeping better and feeling overall stronger. Thank you Natalie!🫶🏽

Results following the 3-2-8 Method ✨📈.

Super proud of my client Sima. Who has completed the 12 week 3-2-8 program and absolutely smashed her goals!

Following a macro friendly diet, daily steps, weekly power walks & progressing the weights every 2 weeks.

She’s managed to snatch the waist & grow 3 inches on the glutes 📈📈.

Incredible!

Any suggestions for certain workouts that are better to do during period? I struggle with falling off the wagon in my period then feeling guilty for the loss of progress. ☹️
