Thanks so much! 🥰 I've done some pilates and barre before but not consistently. I did a few of the hourglass challenge workouts last week just to get me started and loved them! Thank you for your recommendation. I did the first workout of the 8 week snatch challenge today before I saw your comment and it was fab. Do you think I'd be better pausing it and doing the back to basics instead?x
