Hey! Signed up last week and looking forward to getting stuck in to a challenge 😊 I usually do weighted workouts & cardio, but been wanting to add pilates/barre so was really excited to find your app! I've lost around a stone so far and would like to lose another 7lbs but focusing more on how I feel and what I see rather than what the scales say! Overall, I'd like to lean out a bit more and build my muscle to get that 'toned', defined look. I was wondering which challenge you would recommend? Thanks so much!
