Can't wait !! Especially with the addition of meditation .

Can we incorporate our own strength training in addition or will it be too much ? I just want to do 1-2 heavy leg days xx

I've just signed up !! Super excited .
Any suggestions on where to start ? I've done beginner pilates & I'm used to weights but hoping to tone up , grow the the glutes & snatch my waist after 2 babies πŸ‘ΆπŸ½
