Today's workout was very stimulating! I found myself engaged on a different level of awareness- particularly with the hip opener- and am so grateful to be able to do the mobility exercises without pain!

I loved this work with the bands- especially for my left shoulder which is tight!

Good quick workout- the side swimmers were hardest for me, surprising!

I really loved this one- I have really tight hips so found this really nourishing

This has been my first full week doing 3-2-8 ( I started on Monday when we had Memorial Day holiday) and I'm so grateful! I've looked forward to doing them each morning before work for the first time in a LONG time and excited for next week!!🥰💪
