Love this quick burn! I've been getting back on the reformer the last few weeks, so coming back to this one with the donkey kicks was a nice activation for my tight hips.

loved this session! I am sweaty but was living for the fact I could easily hold the planks and had a sustained energy throughout the 25 minutes- felt so good to feel strong, sweaty, and energized!!

I always love bird dogs and feel so lengthened, so doing it with weights was a fun way to level it up. I could feel my focus getting challenged with the side planks/ oblique work but kept it pushing 😀

Ok I started with this quick burn on Monday- because I am determined to have no days off (and packed schedule today!). The oblique circuit/ donkey kicks were super challenging and I'm so glad I Honored my commitment to carve out time for BBB tonight 🔥🙃

Going  slightly out of sequence and did this one this morning - nice gentle flow to begin my day with centering breath and mobility!

This was terrific! Felt the burn in my arms and really love the express workouts ::)

I'm surprisingly sweaty (and turned the AC off before starting lol)!

I love coming back to this one, the bird-dogs and and lengthening stretches are  my favorites and the side reps are where I feel the burn- but glad I kept the commitment to the end

Ohhh those clams with the kick were TOUGH!!!
