This was a great flow to begin the new month with! I used heavier 6lb weights which was a challenge and also found my mind wandering a bit, so will lighten up the weight next time.

After getting a bit off track this week happy to have completed a "double" with this express workout (and Thursday's)- my glutes and obliques were fired up!

This was a burner!! I was locked in on the first set and sweating out my hair; the second set and those final crunches had me ready to shout 😜

This quick flow had me huffing! 😅 Probably because I did it at the end of my work day instead of starting with it. I will certainly come back to this one, especially liked those cool down stretches for my tight hamstrings

Another nice flow to begin the day!  I haven't done a warrior 3 or deep cleansing twist like that in a while and it felt so good ( particularly as my lats feel pretty sore). Will definitely come back to this one

Whewww my legs are jelly after completing this fav!! I really worked up a sweat, and loved seeing that I could hold each plank for the full 20 seconds and my balance improved on the single let squares. AI has got nothing on BBB!! 😜

1) my quads are sore from the day before! and 2) really loved the stability work with the block
