This "reformer on mat" session was the perfect challenge, physically and mentally! I had purposed I would do this without my weights, but locked in and felt the burn in the sliders (and my arms after those pikes). It also was a fun throwback both to doing them in my socks as a kid π€ and my first reformer classes in 2017!

Another new fav! I added in my ankle weights and could feel the difference in those lunges and doing the hip thrusts with the leg lifts /pulsesπ« π
