Another new fav! I added in my ankle weights and could feel the difference in those lunges and doing the hip thrusts with the leg lifts /pulses🫠😜

This "reformer on mat" session was the perfect challenge, physically and mentally! I had purposed I would do this without my weights, but locked in and felt the burn in the sliders (and my arms after those pikes). It also was a fun throwback both to doing them in my socks as a kid 🀭 and my first reformer classes in 2017!

This was a nice quick burn to come back to after getting off track last week. Surprised that those core finishers near the end were a challenge!

I'm so glad I did this glute burner! I found the reverse lunges and balancing knee drives to be surprisingly challenging, and enjoyed the barre like pulses at the end :)

This might be one of my favorites from the year. I was tired at the start of this flow and my mind really wanted to skip, but those balances and twists helped to bring me together!
