This was a yummy session - still felt it most in my hips and loved the planks at the end

1) I did this without weights (thumb sprain);

2) Definitely checked my watch at only 5 minutes in? I found the sitting on my knees for a sustained period particularly challenging!!

3) the music was a bop1! Haven't heard any of these songs in forever and it helped me refocus despite my mind chatter😜

Always appreciate how effective these quick burns are. I especially felt those ending table top taps in my lower abs area!

Those pulses over the block really were a challenge! I found the balance work on the block fascinating to see where my balance was a little tricky as well as doing the bird dog on the block.πŸ’ͺ

This goddess flow was perfectly timed - my hips are always tight and it brought so many emotions to surface with each stretch.

The intensity sure surprised me! I am pretty sweaty and really needed that focused work on my hamstrings and core

This was a nice gentle flow to begin the morning and focus deeply on my core.🀍
