Hi Natalie I hope your doing well! So far I am on week 3 of the 12 week program for the 3-2-8 method and I have been incorporating more protein, vegetables, drinking at least 3L of water every day, taking daily walks to reach 8k-10k steps. Also I have not been eating any sugar and avoiding processed foods. I also have a schedule for eating my breakfast lunch and dinner. But I still notice that I am not losing my lower belly fat. My goal is to lose my lower belly fat so that I can have a flat stomach with toned abs and become stronger as well.

So I’m not sure if I’m missing or not including something in my daily routine .
I would like to know if you have any tips and advice on how to lose lower belly fat?

Also the quickest and most efficient ways to lose lower belly fat ?

Good Morning Natalie so I’ve been struggling with my cortisol levels and I notice it a lot on my lower belly even though I’m eating healthier since I have cut out completely fast food, sugar such as removing sugar , drinking at least 3L of water everyday and I’ve been working out.

I would like to know if you have any tips on how I can lower my cortisol levels and therefore reduce my lower belly fat?

Also I’ve already completed a week of the 12 week program for the 3-2-8 method and I really enjoy completing your videos and working out from home!!

Hi Natalie I know you mentioned on our rest days we should complete a 30min power walk. For my power walk is that ok if I go on a treadmill for 30mins on an incline of 12 and a speed of 3.0?

I am starting to try to cook some of the recipes that you included in your recipe book. I would like to know how much protein should we consume daily ?

Since I’m not sure if I’m consuming enough or lacking and I remember reading about how important it is to be In a high protein and anti inflammatory diet.

Good morning Natalie I just joined the program and I’m so excited to start this new journey of the transformation challenge 3-2-8 method . I’m currently struggling with high cortisol levels in my lower belly and waist section I just have a couple of questions.
1\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\. I would like to know when is the best time to complete these workouts in the morning or afternoon?
2\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\. Should I workout on an empty stomach or workout with breakfast? Also how long should I wait to excercise after eating?

I just want to make sure I’m completing the program correctly and working hard for the results!
