Good morning Natalie I just joined the program and Iām so excited to start this new journey of the transformation challenge 3-2-8 method . Iām currently struggling with high cortisol levels in my lower belly and waist section I just have a couple of questions.
1\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\. I would like to know when is the best time to complete these workouts in the morning or afternoon?
2\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\. Should I workout on an empty stomach or workout with breakfast? Also how long should I wait to excercise after eating?
I just want to make sure Iām completing the program correctly and working hard for the results!
