Hi everyone! I am so grateful I came across this app/instagram account. I have PCOS which has affected me physically and emotionally for years. My symptoms made me feel out of control and were having a real impact. I was fed up of feeling like this and therefore wanted to commit to making myself feel better in 2025. So far I am absolutely loving the style of workouts and the ease in which I can incorporate them into my life. I really want to remain consistent and get back to a healthier state again 💕
