Trying to reach my 8000 steps a day is still something I struggle with, however today I managed a great walk in the snow and hit my goal, felt great after it! ❄️

Hi Natalie, I had completed the first week of the NYE challenge (and was feeling great too!). I’ve had a trip abroad on work business and fell of the bandwagon as I was in Paris for the week and struggled to fit anything in 😭 I wasn’t sure if I should

  1. Continue with the week I’ve missed which is week 2 and be a week behind (was unsure if the challenge playlist gets taken down once over)
  2. Skip week two and begin week 3
  3. Or just leave the challenge and begin something else?

Morning Natalie 😊 I was wondering whether you could do two exercises in one day when following the NYE challenge? Or is it best to stick with one per day? (I missed out yesterday as it was a manic day and thought I’d make up for it today)

Morning 😊 I’ve recently signed up after coming across your page on instagram. I have PCOS and have always struggled with my weight. The app looks great and loving these programs/challenges! Looking forward to the next few months and hopefully introducing a healthier routine into my life!
