Pregnancy

Hi, ladies! I found out I am pregnant 🙌 and was wondering if we have on the platform a program that is pregnancy safe OR a guide how to adjust and modify for pregnancy by trimester.

I’ve been part of the program for a year and a half now, and I was pretty consistent (not working out only when I was ill or traveling) so from what I’ve learned if should be ok to continue with the program. I stopped working out for now until I check with my doctor but I am hoping I will get a green light to carry on because I really enjoy these type of workout.

Hey everyone! I absolutely love the workouts and really feel great about myself and about my current routine.

I’m finishing week 10 of 12-week transformation program and would love to get suggestions about what challenge/program would be good option after I finish this program.
