Hello, I wondered if anyone knew if it was better to eat before a workout in the morning or eat after a workout and which might be better for hormones?
I wondered how people cycle sync with this method for example when their period starts and they feel more fatigued etc? I’ve noticed I feel like I have less energy just before and when I’m on my period. Any advice or experience from people would be fab!☺️
