Hello! When I did the warm up and moving my hips they keep popping. Does this mean they are tight? I also find they pop when I am lying down on my side with one leg stretched and I’m lifting and lowering the bottom one! Any advice would be great☺️

Just done this one and what a good burn!🔥 When I was going the lunges in the warm-up I got a small pain but more like tingly feeling in heel when I was bending down and coming back up, is there anything I can do to help that pain/tingling stop?☺️

Hello! I’ve just joined the app and can’t wait to get started and hopefully make some new friends as well!☺️ I really enjoy running and wondered if I can still following my coach to 5K running plan to help towards my 8K steps or whether it can only be walking? Thanks x
