Great workout, my favorite is the ball under the body- it really targets the lower abs!

I always love the barre work! The one leg bridge on the wall is very targeted and effective for building strength in the glutes and hamstrings

Still a burner the second time around!

That was a sweaty workout but it really worked the whole body!

Loved the stretch weaved throughout the ab work πŸ’œ

Felt the burn πŸ”₯ Also, loved the calf and hamstring stretch πŸ’•

These barre workouts are my favorite ❀️ love the shake

Loved it! It’s the next day and my abs are sore πŸ”₯

I used 10 pound weights and I was burning!

Such a good full body workout - shaky all over!
