Wow, starting this challenge out strong! Third time and this workout still gets me 🥵

This is a great workout for targeting those lower abs and deep core muscles!

Love using the band, especially for push-ups. I couldn’t do the band on my arms for the tricep dips either - my shoulders said no way 😂 Great workout for bodyweight arm burn 🔥
