I really liked this detox flow, the twists and stretches felt amazing and I built up a good amount of heat during the practice πŸ’œ

Still working on the graceful side of things but this one really builds the heat πŸ”₯ Love the ballet barre moves πŸ’œ

I am loving this challenge for so many reasons. I tend to put off doing yoga and meditations, thinking I’ll get around to it eventually, but this has helped me stay on track. The first 3 sessions have really made a difference in helping me connect with my mind and body as well as giving my body another way to move and feel good. I love the breathwork, the affirmations and the amazing way I feel after every class πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ
