Welcome to the community Allison. You can browse through our programs or follow our latest March challenge (in the calendar). Head to the challenges tab to sign up and have it automatically show up on your home screen each day to build streaks. Excited to hear your feedback 

Focus on an external rotation of the hips first. Then use your inner thighs/glutes to hold that position as you progress. Remember your first position will look different to mine and thats okay. Listen to your body first
