Congratulations Sandra, so very happy for you. 

As always check with your doctor, and be mindful of stretching (due to relaxin in the body). 

All workouts on the app are pregnancy-friendly. Apart from the jump rope sessions. 

From the 2nd & 3rd trimester, prone position and crunching is not recommended. 

However, the 35 soft challenge was filmed to be pregnancy friendly so perfect for you to get started with movement again.
