Hey, welcome! The 8 week 3-2-8 challenge starts with 4 workouts per week then builds up to 5. This is more suited to beginners and those getting back to working out. So follow the workouts in order and the intensity will gradually increase.

So glad you’re enjoying the workouts! I recommend speaking to a doctor if you feel pain in the heel as this is unlikely to be muscular.
