Hey Katelyn, i suggest adding it in either doubling up one day or skipping an extra rest day. If you can get 5 sessions in a week that would be perfect but I understand it is not always realistic. So try and complete each workout while gradually increasing the intensity with your sessions. The most important aspect of the program is that you stay consistent. You can skip it for the week and head into the new week if you prefer. Then if you have extra time go back and complete any workouts missed? Whatever works best

Hey Claire. Welcome to the community. Fat around the abdominal area is usually due to increased visceral fat. Which is targeted using steady state cardio. I recommend incorporating power walks at least 3x a week to get your heart rate elevated and reach the fat burning zone. While also following any of the 3-2-8 challenges under ‘weekly program’ to begin building lean muscle mass & burning fat. Make sure you drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and reduce processed food as much as possible. The most important aspect is to stay consistent and begin to enjoy the journey. You’ve got this 💗

Hey Brooke. Welcome. I’m just referring to repeating the workouts throughout so you can become familiar with the sequence. You don’t need to repeat 2x in one day. Hope that makes sense.
