Hey Laura, first congratulations! You can generally keep up with your regular activities during pregnancy however consult with your doctor beforehand (as you mentioned). Jenni B made a brilliant point that you have to be mindful of relaxin (hormones) during pregnancy while stretching so try not to hold the stretches for anything longer than 20 seconds. Apart from that I would avoid anything that is core/prone work or anything that has you lying on your front. There are alot of workouts to choose from that are pre/post safe and mainly standing.
