Hey Karina, Happy Monday. Amazing work already making healthier choices with your nutrition and exercise. I suggest looking at your stress levels alongside to lower cortisol naturally. Some suggestions below. Reduce screen time before bed, journal at least 3x per week, meditate, breath work. Alongside this I suggest staying committed for at least 12 weeks to give your body & nervous system time to adjust/adapt. Focus on your mind muscle connection during pilates workouts to build deep core strength and strength from this inside out. But most importantly, stay consistent and don't give up!The 3-2-8 method was originally designed to lower cortisol so you are following the correct program and your nutrition is improving so keep up the great work. Take progress photos each week to keep you motivated, you've got this!

Welcome to the community Erin! 5L of water per day is a lot of water and would be very difficult to maintain. Instead opt for 2.5-3L of water. Gradually increase  and be sure to drink water before/during and after a workout and first thing in the morning to rehydrate.
