Hey Shamany, welcome to the community. All workout on bodybybarre are PCOS friendly. Depending on your symptoms, the 3-3-3 is a little less intense with only 3 workouts per week. The 3-2-8 is 5x workouts per week. So it depends on your weekly schedule/commitments on what you can realistically commit to without causing burnout or extra stress on the body.
