Welcome to the community Anais. To burn body fat you want to split strength training with pilates and daily walks. I recommend trying our 3-2-8 challenge or signing up for our Glow Up challenge starting in January. Details will be posted shortly

pippa amazing! Building lean muscle mass will help to tone & sculpt your legs. So lift weights, do barre/pilates & walk at least 8k steps per day
