I’m here to find my zing in life again. Yes, it begins with a physical regimen and I know this because I’ve ALWAYS worked out, as in my entire life Since middle school (younger too with sports) I’ve gone to the gym.
I would say since meeting Natalie on OF and having our community working out together there, I’ve lost my motivation but for other reasons too however, I’m here to get back in touch with my strength and give back my body it’s flexibility it thrives on.
I’ve also joined a pickle ball group as well as a casters crew group so little by little in big waves I am pushing and rowing and smacking that door open again.

I am getting into this for low impact, intentional exercise with a mind body focus to help me deal with my disability. I'm working on a graduate degree and I work full time, so at home movement is my go to.

Snatch & Shape 3-2-8 Launching officially on Monday!
This is a hybrid challenge that splits between Strength focused weeks & Pilates/Barre Focused Weeks.
The perfect balance of intensity, strength, core & flexibility to ease you back into your routine after the summer months.
