After weight training for 1 year 1/2 (losing 20lbs in that time) and rapidly gaining 30lbs within 4 months due to PCOS, I am happy to be here. I have been doing a lot of research and it has lead me to here. I completed day 1 on my calendar and I enjoyed it. I’m new to Pilates so some of the movement I am not use to but they are fun to learn.
Can’t wait to complete a month in this program!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has continued doing these workouts after finding out they’re pregnant? I am loving my current routine and I’ve read you can keep up regular activities. Just curious if anyone has had experience with this. Any input or tips are appreciated!
