Hi Natalie I hope your doing well! So far I am on week 3 of the 12 week program for the 3-2-8 method and I have been incorporating more protein, vegetables, drinking at least 3L of water every day, taking daily walks to reach 8k-10k steps. Also I have not been eating any sugar and avoiding processed foods. I also have a schedule for eating my breakfast lunch and dinner. But I still notice that I am not losing my lower belly fat. My goal is to lose my lower belly fat so that I can have a flat stomach with toned abs and become stronger as well.
So I’m not sure if I’m missing or not including something in my daily routine .
I would like to know if you have any tips and advice on how to lose lower belly fat?
Also the quickest and most efficient ways to lose lower belly fat ?

Good morning! I’m a new member and I need tips on how to drink 5L of water a day. I did a search in the community and didn’t find any similar questions. I’m lucky if I drink 32oz of water a day, so 5L seems impossible. I mostly drink Diet Coke, water, and coffee. Thank you 😊
Hello, can anyone recommend a good protein powder, one which is also PCOS friendly? 😊
If we can’t do let’s say 5 days can we do 4 and double up two of the videos?
If I missed Monday and Tuesday, should I do them Saturday and Sunday or do two exercises today and tomorrow to catch up?
