Struggling with your water intake during the busy summer season?
Try including at least 1-3x of the below foods in your diet this weekend to boost your hydration & make it that little bit easier to hit the 2-2.5L goal
12 fruits and vegetables with high water content:

Melons such as watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe.
Strawberries.
Pineapple.
Peaches.
Oranges.
Bell peppers.
Broccoli.
Celery.
Cucumber
This also counts as 'volume eating' which means opting for foods that keep you fuller for longer!

Finally back at barre! I fell in love with it at the beginning of the pandemic with OpenFit and Natalie was my favorite trainer. Since OF went down, I haven’t found something I loved as much since. Looking forward to jumping into the next group challenge! In the meantime will explore other classes. Glad to be back!
