Hi again Natalie! I’m cooking the shrimp tacos tonight for my family of 3. I see it yields 4 serving. Would that be 1 taco per serving?

Day 1 was a burner and I liked that day 2 was a bit slower, but still challenging! A nice balance. I started the challenge a couple days late so I am torn between doubling up on classes to catch up, follow the calendar (I will finish 2 days behind the group), or press on through the weekend to catch up with everyone. Natalie do you have a suggestion?
