Another terrific session - was surprised by the teaser crunches with the ball - they were fun, and tickled that I could do them!

Was feeling sluggish this morning and so glad I pushed and got this quick burn in before work. Another great and energizing playlist and I love the weighted dead bugs at the end!

This was such a great session to focus on stretching and opening up the hips. Truthfully, I don't stretch enough before walking/running and have incredibly tight hip flexors and the slow pace really required me to slow down and intentionally breathe into each stretch- and feel lots of emotion bubbling🤍 so grateful to be able to move and try something new!

This was really good and centering! Annoyed my apple watch didn't sync... really loved how I could very much feel my abs working and the transverse abdominals activating

Hi ladies, I'm excited to begin this challenge as we push to the end of the year! I live in NJ (USA) and really love getting my daily 3 mi walks in- they help keep me sane. My goal is to stay consistent with the 5 workouts p/w, tuning up my mind/movement connection and seeing it translate to lengthening and toning (hopefully losing ~4lbs and some inches too)💃💪

This  was a great quick workout and loved the playlist!!
