Another new fav! I really liked the bicycle crunches at the end and the side lunges /holds felt really good. I struggled with my balance on the front lunges and had fun with this one!

I did this after my 3 mi walk- and it was terrific! The music track was very soothing and helped me keep focused when my arms were getting tired, and the queue to remind me to breathe helped during the mat session. So grateful for this weekend toner🥰

Love the express workouts and this one really got me sweating this morning! And the arm burnout at the end was deceptively challenging!- my arms wanted to stop but my mind kept me going!🫠😜

This was a great way to begin my day- packs some heat and really love the weighted bird dogs the most!

Still enjoy this one- it warmed me up on this chilly autumn day and those pushups were challenging!

🔥🔥 I'm back in the gameeee! Loved how strong I felt doing this upper body session- and grateful I could keep up with the supersets💪
