I did this after my 3 mi walk- and it was terrific! The music track was very soothing and helped me keep focused when my arms were getting tired, and the queue to remind me to breathe helped during the mat session. So grateful for this weekend toner🥰

Another new fav! I really liked the bicycle crunches at the end and the side lunges /holds felt really good. I struggled with my balance on the front lunges and had fun with this one!
