This was a good energizing flow- I definitely felt the challenged during the second set this morning! Glad I pushed through!

I'm sweating up a storm after this session (fully welcomed as it's 19 degrees here). Loved every set,  although I could feel myself getting slightly tired on the 2nd double set. Proud I was able to push through after being behind this week with my lower back seized up.

This was a great flow to begin the new month with! I used heavier 6lb weights which was a challenge and also found my mind wandering a bit, so will lighten up the weight next time.
